CANCELLATION POLICY
At Jay Marie Beauty, we value your time and ours. To maintain fairness and efficiency in our scheduling, we have implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling policy: • Reschedules made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost. • Same day Cancellations and No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and may be required to prepay for future appointments. • Appointments canceled with more than 24 hours’ notice will not incur a fee. Late Arrivals: • Clients arriving 10 minutes late will be charged $15, anything over 10 minutes will be rescheduled/canceled and charged 50% of the service cost. ANY NO CALL NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of service. Booking Deposits: • A non-refundable deposit may be required for certain services, which will be applied toward the final cost. If the appointment is canceled within the 24-hour window, the deposit will be forfeited. By booking with Jay Marie Beauty, you agree to this policy.
